It encompasses Change Enablement, Release Management, Service Configuration Management, Deployment Management, and IT Asset Management modules.

- Focuses on integrating the practices in the organisation's value streams, helping you to ensure stakeholders understand the strategic and operational requirements to co-create value and achieve business goals.
- It encompasses Continual Improvement, Service Level Management, Relationship Management, Information Security Management, and Supplier Management modules.
