Once you have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation certification, which has no prerequisites, all ITIL 4 Master certifications have two mandatory requirements:
- Training through an Accredited Training Organisation such as Zindiak or official eLearning course (also available from Zindiak).
- ITIL 4 Foundation or ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Certificate.
What this means is, if you purchase the PeopleCert "Exam Prep" option, self-study and pass the exam: PeopleCert will not issue you with your certificate until you complete training with an ATO such as Zindiak!
The good news is that a Zindiak eLearning course, which includes the exam voucher, will cost you less than purchasing just the exam voucher from PeopleCert!
